Obituary of Lorina Desrochers
Desrochers, Lorina (nee Vachon)
Lorina passed away peacefully at the Nipissing Manor in Corbeil after a lengthy illness with Alzheimer’s on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at the age of 87.
She is survived by children, Diane (Joe) of Callander, Ontario, Evelyn (Rene) of North Bay, Ontario and Donald (Edna) of Sudbury, Ontario; nine grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren ; sister, Marceline Roy of North Bay, Ontario. Predeceased by her husband, Rosaire; parents Philias and Virginia Vachon (nee Doyle); children, Stella Hart (nee Roy) in 2000 and Suzanne Simmons (nee Roy) in 2020; brother Adelard , sisters Grace, Regina, Bertha and Muriel.
Special thanks to the wonderful staff at Nipissing Manor for the great care and compassion that was given. It was very much appreciated.
