Julia Pola Wright-McDonald

Nov 21, 1927- Feb 24, 2022

 

Its with great sadness we announce moms passing, in her 95th year, at North Bay Regional Health Centre.

 

Julia was predeceased by her parents, siblings, and a widow to 2 husbands, Sydney T. Wright and Douglas McDonald. She is survived by her daughters Judy (Howie), Cathy (Rick), and Alice (Chuck), her grandson Seth (Laura), and 2 great grandchildren, Aidan and Nolan.

 

Mom was strong, determined, loving, and generous. She was a great cook, baker, and sewer and enjoyed painting, traveling and gardening. And until not that long ago was an active member of the Charlotte Small Aux. at Calvin Presbyterian Church.

 

We love you - you will be missed!

 

A shout out to the staff on 3B who are caring and compassionate, Dr. Stacey, and especially to Dr. Leckie who never gave up on mom. Thank You!

 

No service at this time as per moms wishes. Spring graveside service, arrangements entrusted to Martyn Funeral Home.
