Obituary of Chantalle Marie O'Grady

Please share a memory of Chantalle to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Died unexpectedly at Mattawa on Thursday January 20, 2022 at the age of 54 years.  Born in Mattawa, Chantalle was predeceased by her mother Caroline O'Grady and her father Daniel Larocque.  Finally reunited with her deceased son Daniel, she will be missed by her children Dexture, Santana, Taylor, Spencer, and Asia. She will also be sadly missed by her grandchildren Kyra and Colton. She will also be remembered by her partner Lee. Fondly remembered by her siblings Lisa (Christopher) and Dan (Kelly). Chantalle had a big heart and a strong will. Trapped and now free, Chantalle’s struggles with mental health did not define her personality but shaped her relationships in the too short amount of time she spent with those closest to her. She will be remembered for her gentle soul, her kind words and her wisdom by those who knew her best. While Chantalle left this world far too soon, those who are left behind will continue to love the person she was and will remember her fondly. Family and friends may call at the Martyn & Sloan Mattawa Chapel on Friday January 28th , from 11:00am until 1:00 pm.  No mass to follow. Donations to the Community Counseling Centre of Nipissing will be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy. Donate here - https://cccnip.com/donations
