Obituary of Deus Robitaille

Robitaille, Deus (March 28^th, 1935 – January 19^th, 2022)

After an on-going battle with kidney disease, it is with great sadness we said goodbye to Deus Robitaille, on January 19^th, 2022, in his 87^th year. Loving husband of Margaret (Collins), father of Donna Larose (Garry), Brenda Martel (Michel), Michael (Linda), Henry (Chantale) and Garry (Teresa). He will be greatly missed by his many in-laws, nieces, nephews, his 8 grandchildren, Derek, Jeneé, Mathieu, Brandon, Alyssa, Taylor, Emily, and Abigail, and 5 great-grandchildren, Pearson, Isabella, Phoenix, Raven, and Lucille. He is predeceased by his parents Ernest and Maria (Emond), and 16 siblings and step-siblings.

We will cherish our memories of him and forever miss his advice and quiet leadership. In respecting his wishes, cremation will take place and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date.

The family would like to express their sincere thanks to the wonderful doctors and nurses of the Mattawa General Hospital, Northern Respiratory, PSW Tammy Ranger, and to our friends for the condolences and support we have been receiving.
