Our sincerest condolences. It was always a pleasure visiting North Bay and playing cards with Brenda and the family. Many games were played over the years. She was always excited for the visit and looked forward to catching up with each and everyone. She will be missed.

Very sad at Brenda's passing but glad that her faith and her friends and family saw her through. She was a great friend to me and help to my son Spencer and daughter Ruth when we needed her, I will never forget that. I will remember her laugh and her generous spirit and walks on the beach. Rest in peace my friend.

Carrie, we were so sad to hear of the passing of your mom. Brenda was a wonderful woman. I remember the fun times we shared at friendship force gatherings and travels. On the golf course her laugh could be heard in the next fairway. We always knew when Brenda was having a good time on the course. Our sincere condolences. Joan and Murray

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your wonderful mother Carrie. I knew your mom through teaching in East Parry Sound and we connected again through RTO in later years. I know that you were the brightest light in your mother’s life; she spoke of you with such love and pride.
She was so much fun to be around with her infectious laugh and her joy for life. Everyone loved her. I hope your many happy memories of your dear mother will be a comfort to you at this difficult time.

So sorry for your loss Carrie. As you know your mom was a wonderful woman, caring and always thinking of others.
Early in September your mom was so kind to arrange to give me a special gift, thinking of others even with what she was going through. I treasure it every day.

I will always think of Brenda as my "Symphony buddy," as we were seatmates at the NBSO for many years but we had other connections such as the community of Powassan, the Manitou Women's Network and Emmanuel United Church. Brenda had such an upbeat, positive attitude about life that was infectious. I always felt "lighter" having spent time with her! She was a people-person, generous and compassionate, a woman of faith and a very proud mother. May you Carrie, and all of us--Brenda's friends and family, take strength from the wonderful memories she has left us with. She was a gem...

Carrie, I got to know Brenda when she started teaching at Powassan Junior. It took no time at all to love Brenda with her kind heart
and joyous view of life. I will never forget that smile by lots of laughter and her arms outstretched for a hug. She gave so may of us joy and you were her joy.
Keeping you in my prayers.

Dear Carrie, I am so very sorry to hear of your great loss. I have very fond memories of enjoying delicious meals at your home when you were a child with my late husband Ken. Your father would cook and make a mess and your mom would tidy up! It is no surprise that you have a career in the food industry! Your mom and I did not keep up with each other as well as we should have, but she always told me all about your successes when we ran into each other. She loved you so very much!
I would certainly attend her services to give you a special hug but I am wintering in Florida.
Please know that I will be thinking of you! My most sincere sympathies! Louise Green
