Passed away at Cassellholme on Friday, December 10, 2021, he was 89 years old.  Beloved husband and best friend for the pasted 64 years of Rita Sampson. Cherished father of Michael Sampson and Doreen Sampson (Dave).  Proud grandfather of Justin Sampson, Michael (JR) Sampson, Amy Sampson (James), Victoria Andrews (Denis), Ryan Derosier and great-grandfather of Lilith, Elijah, Jackson, Delilah, Desiree, Brandon, Payton and Sarah. Lovingly missed by his brother Jack Sampson and predeceased by his brothers George, Gerald, Ronald and Bob.  Mark will be sadly missed by his godchild Larry Sullivan and best friends Ross Croghan, Eldon Raymond and John Tremble.  The family would like to thank the staff at Cassellholme for all the wonderful care they gave Mark while in their care and during his final days.  Respecting Mark’s wishes cremation has taken place at Forest Lawn Crematorium.  There will be no visitation or service at this time.  If desired, donations to the charity of your choice would be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
