David was a coach for his children’s sports teams and an active sportsman himself through most of his life.

Thank you to the friends and family who have supported Dave through this time, and a heartfelt thank you to the CCAC medical team who helped make his final moments comfortable and peaceful. Your efforts have meant the world to his family. A very special thanks to Joan McCrudden who was the heart and strength of the family for many days, and to Dr. James Truong for all of his compassion and support.
