Obituary of Linda Jamieson
Jamieson, Linda (nee Deegan)
Linda died suddenly, but peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday, October 28th, at the age of 68. She leaves behind her best friend and husband Peter; her children Cristin (Jeff), Greg (Christie), Stephen (Ashley), and Seann (Yasmin); her precious grandchildren Sophie, Benjamin, Riley, Josephine, and Owen; her siblings Mike (June), Tim (Lona), Chris, and Pat (Jennifer); her nieces and nephews including Adrian, Lisa, and Natalie (who were also present at the time that she passed). Linda was pre-deceased by her parents John and Maureen and her other best friend and sister Joanne. Linda was the glue of her family and welcomed everyone she met with open arms. Keeping to her wishes cremation has taken place. The Celebration of Life for Linda will take place at the Pro-Cathedral of the Assumption on Saturday, November 20th at 11:00am. This will be followed by a private interment for immediate family only. If you would like to honour Linda’s memory with a memorial donation please consider the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
