Obituary of Robert Rueben Floyd Black
Passed away peacefully at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Sunday, October 10th, 2021. Robert Rueben Floyd Black, was the beloved husband of Elsie (nee Hall), and son of Clarence Black and Enie Cole. Loving father to Carrie Mulligan (predeceased) and Nancy Colbourne (Michael). He will be fondly remembered by his grandchildren Ruth-Ann Colbourne, Sarah McCullagh (Dan), Cara-Lee Colbourne (Chris) and Derek McCullagh (Theresa) and by his eight great grandchildren Mackenzie, Austin, Branwyn, James, Aidan, Ireland, Faith and Finn. Predeceased by his siblings Madeline, Greta, Marion Greno (John), Sadie Allen (Fred), Ada and Bill. Bob and Elsie celebrated their 67th wedding anniversary in January. He retired from the ONR from working in the Signal Department. Bob was a long-time dedicated member of St. Brice's Anglican Church and Christ Church Anglican in North Bay. Memorial Visitation will be held in the Martyn Funeral Home on Monday from 12noon until time for a Memorial Service in the Martyn Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 P.M.
