It is with great sadness that the family of Patrick Cropper announces his unexpected passing on Friday July 23, 2021 at the age of 32. Beloved son of parents Darren Cropper and Janice Cropper (nee Fox). Loving brother to his younger siblings Amy Cropper and Matthew Cropper. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by his parents and siblings, his brother-in-law Andrew MacKellar, his nephew Raiden MacKellar, close cousins Brandon Cropper, Sarah Hess (nee Mackay), Lindsay Goodfellow (nee Mackay), Andrew Mackay, many aunts, uncles, and dozens of more cousins. Patrick will also be remembered by best friend Robert “Bobby” Morphy and a plethora of other close friends. Born June 16, 1989 in St. Catharines ON, Patrick had decided at the young age of two that he wanted to work in some type of authority field like his father, and had spent the last few years working security jobs in and around North Bay. Patrick will always be thought of as the guy who could light up the darkest of rooms with only his smile, and his laugh could triple that light. He was intelligent, thoughtful, dependable, motivated, a comedian, a true gentleman, and a superhero to his nephew Raiden. He will be forever missed by all those who got to know his wonderful and magnetic personality. Predeceased by beloved grandmother June Cropper (nee Thompson), uncles Ryan Cropper, Ian Fox, and aunt Elaine Mackay (nee Fox). Patrick’s visitation will be held on Friday July 30, 2021 from 1:00-3:00pm at Martyn Funeral Home (464 Wyld St. North Bay.  Please know that due to Covid protocols the Martyn Funeral Home is only able to accommodate 50 attendees at once and a face mask must always be worn.
