Cousin Ida, was the sweetest lady, so beautiful inside and out ! Our deepest condolences to all the family.
She had an amazing singing voice and will be greatly missed by her family and cousins and friends.

So sorry for your loss and sadness in this difficult time. I to remember when visiting Grandmere and Aunt Dee in Mattawa the Chip stand was the favourite place to go and most of the time it was family gathered around outside sitting on the small wall that was there and later a few tables. We would see Ida, Maurice and Lavina, Danny and Celine, talk and laugh. Most of the time the money we brought went right back in our pockets because they turned it down. My family and I have been a neighbour to Ida for over 20 years . I'm also a cousin. Ida had a huge heart . I will always remember her love for flowers . She will be missed, but the memories will always hold a place in our hearts . I am so sorry for your loss

I remember when I was young and my sister Claudette would bring me over to Ida's, so that she could practice her haircutting and styling skills on me during her learning process. At the time a young boy was not a willing participant, but as time wore on, those fond memories of the Turcotte girls and my sister gabbing and laughing at my coiffures have become precious. To Ida's Family, today and always, may loving memories bring you peace, comfort, and strength. We are deeply saddened by Ida’s passing.
