Marc touched my Life in a deep and meaningful way. We worked together for 2 years and I rated him as one of the best mental health and addiction workers i have met throughout my 34 years of volunteer and Peer Work service. I learned many meaningful things from him. After working together we became friends. Marc was consistently kind and respectful to me and he never left me without an encouraging word and a safe and respectful hug. I grieve the loss of him; there is 1 less Light for me here in North Bay with his passing. To Marc's family and to Linda I would like to say this. Marc's essence was of Light and of Love for those of us who came to know him. It is natural that you, his family, his Loved One's feel a void where he once stood. We, his friends, do too. Perhaps the question is, "How will we choose to fill this void?" I know Marc's answer would have been to fill it with human regard and with Light and genuine Love of others in whatever ways possible at any given Time. I light my little candle each day and when I do I remember Marc and the other people who have passed - all who have touched my Life in a meaningful way. I have known some extraordinary spirits and can assure you he is in very good company. Kind regards, Moira Wheeler

My sincere condolences to Marc’s beautiful daughters, I can still recall the way he lit up in love and pride when you were visiting! I am grateful that I knew Marc and saw the heart of gold he had! I have known him since I arrived inNorth Bay, 16+ years ago! He was a strong man with a teddy bear effect, always willing or trying to help others! I’m forever grateful we had spoken a few weeks before his passing, I truly wish I could have helped him more. To his daughters, I’m glad you have the love and support of Linda through this difficult time! May you be living in eternal peace, my friend!

My deepest sympathies and condolences to the family and true self staff. My thoughts and prayers are with you all as you mourn the loss of Marc. A kind soul, supportive and very dedicated in anything he invested to do or in helping someone. Rest in peace Marc. I am glad to have known you and that we have crossed paths. You offered great advice that has changed my views on certain aspects of my life. Thank you for being you.

Marc etait toujours entusiasme malgre toutes ces luttes. Marc etant de bon coeur aidant n'importe de qui en besoin, Il travaillent si fort ici a North Bay avec les personnes et toutes les organismes qui le respectait tellement. Marc portait toujours un beau sourire et un comportement tres chaleureux et aimable en tout temps. Je n'oublirai jamais, et son devouement envers les autres dans l'amour du Seigneur.
