Obituary of Verona Beryl Washburn

Peacefully at Eastholme, Powassan on Friday December 11^th, 2020 at the age of 96 years. Loving mother of Susan Allard (Paul) of Barrie, Carolyn Washburn of Georgetown, Ralph Washburn (Edith) of Ottawa, Dayle Drummond (Bruce) of Calgary and Charles Washburn Montreal, Quebec. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Leah, Candace, Adam, Earl, Eric, Kelly and by her great grandchildren Breanna, Kiana, Jennifer, Aria, Kaity, Mia and great great grandchild Skylar Rose. Dear sister of her sister Keitha Shillington (Floyd) of Medicine Hat, Alt. Sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her brother Arnold Tindall (late Beryl).  Born and raised in North Bay she was predeceased by her parents the late Lawrence and Gertrude Tindall.  Beryl was a lifelong member of Trinity United Church. Beryl worked for 15 years at the Norad site in the North Bay in the Sage. Friends may call at Martyn Funeral Home on Monday, December 14t, 2020 from 11:00 am until time for a Funeral Service in the Funeral Home Chapel at 1:00 PM.  The serviced will be streamed on the Martyn Funeral Home Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/MartynFuneralHome/ .
