I first met Stan when i was in my early 20's when I went out west to begin a career in the oilfield. I did not no anyone and was put in a house with three other guys that were in the job placement program. Stan and I immediately hit it off! whether it was hanging around the house or out for some dinner and drinks he always had some good stories to tell. We always sat beside each other during our courses and Kept in touch well after our time in Red Deer. My sincere Condolences to the family and friends of Stanley he made a lasting impression on this east coaster and I'll never forget it.

Stan was a very gentle kind hearted soul which I will truly miss . My son David met him over a decade ago in the valley and they had fun times . Our family also loved Stan and included him in family meals . I now have an Angel watching over us and will meet him again in heaven . We love you Stan .

Justin and Stan were good friends back to grade school and high school. He was often at our home on Velvet Court Hanmer.
Stan was a great kid. After the boys grew up and moved far apart, Stan came back into our lives while we did a huge renovation. He was our electrician and buddy.
Our deepest condolences to his family. His sudden passing is shocking. He will be missed by everyone he touched in his life.
