Obituary of Marguerite Marie Cecile Ranger

At the Algonquin Nursing Home on Sunday December 6, 2020 at 93 years of age.  Beloved wife of the late Abel Ranger (predeceased 2017).  Predeceased by her sons Larry (1955) and Glen (2019, wife Corinne). Cherished grandmother of Ashley, Andrew and Gavin.  Predeceased by her siblings Thelma Rossingnol, Noella Ranger, Laura Boulanger, Ernest, Rene and Donald.  Daughter of Donat and Eileen (nee Nadon) Therrien. Like a mother to Jean-Guy Ranger, Alice Gravelle, Joffre Ranger, Monique Bangs and Dave Ranger as well as many other nieces and nephews. Marguerite was born in Mattawa and was a homemaker who lived for her family.  She was a proud member of the Catholic Women’s League and the Legion Ladies Auxiliary. A funeral mass and burial of Marguerite’s ashes will take place in the spring.
