Champagne, Gaston Napoleon “Speedy”

Passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2020 surrounded by his loved ones at the Mattawa Hospital, he was 75 years old.  Beloved husband of the late Priscilla (nee Belanger) Champagne.  Cherished father of Stephan Champagne (Kim) and Norman Champagne.  Proud grandfather of Destiny, Evan. Colton and Isabella. Sadly missed by his siblings Carole (Barry), Mike (Ginette) and predeceased by his parents Laurette & Raymond Champagne and brothers Claude (Sheila) and Andre.  Gaston’s wishes, he will be cremated. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Anne’s Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at 11:00 a.m.  Due to the current restrictions imposed by the Bereavement Authority of Ontario Mask must be worn at the Church and please respect Social Distancing.  Interment to follow at the St. Anne’s Cemetery. If desired, donations to Northern Cancer Research or Kidney Foundation of Canada will be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
