Obituary of Mathilda Louise Sarrazin

Mathilda Louise Sarrazin, at the age of 101 years old, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 20^th, 2020 at the Algonquin Nursing Home. Mathilda Louise (nee Meilleur) was the beloved wife of the late Leopold "Paul" Sarrazin. Loving mother of Ronald (Shirley) of Kanata. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Joanne, Karen (Tony), Greg (Donna), and Brian (Julie); loving great-grandmother of Brett (Stephanee), Breanne, Garrett (Chelsea), Meagan, Sloan, Danielle, Matthew, Colton, Rebecca (Brad), and Melissa. Great-great grandmother to Brody and Bryer. Survived by her siblings Theresa Bastien & Jean Dorion.  Predeceased by her siblings Doris, George, Bob, and Claire.  Mathilda was a long standing member of the CWL and the Mattawa Legion. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Anne's Parish, Mattawa on Saturday, October 24^th, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. Cremation to follow with burial of ashes at St. Anne's Cemetery.  A donation to the Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
