A beautiful and gentle soul, who walked by faith and not by sight. Grietje was a pillar of my childhood -- and I have such lovely memories of her. She always had warm and wise words of encouragement -- especially in regards to my nursing, and her faithful prayers made an impression on me even as a child.
Her life was spent serving God, loving her pets, Sara, and of course, her precious Cricket. She was so joyful when Charmaine married and gave her wonderful, beautiful, and healthy, grandchildren, & a son in-law to call her own. You are all part of her gracious and loving legacy! Those of us blessed to have known her -- loved her, and we carry pieces of her inside us as well.
Thank you Lord, for your precious daughter. May we meet again, in your paradise home.
