Leonard (Len) Norman's family would like to announce his passing away at the age of 91 at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on February 16, 2020, leaving behind his wife and mate of 70 years, Violet. Two sons Clark (Martha) and Randy (Valérie) and four daughters Linda St. Martin (Conrad), Wendy MacLeod (Ron), Coreen Norman, Karen Storey (Lorne). He is predeceased by parents Stanley and Esther Norman, brother Harry, sisters Dorothy, Bertha and brother Larry. He is survived by brother Orville and sister Grace. His family included 16 grand children and 17 great grand children. With gratitude to his children who took such great care of dad.  A special thank you to Sam and Ivy Norman for going above and beyond.  Thank you to the Nurses and Doctors who made Len’s final days comfortable. Len loved show casing his many talents, singing and playing his many instruments. Weekends were spent jamming with fellow musicians. Camping and fishing were another excuse to enjoy family and friends with nightly sing songs. The guitar was his favorite instrument of choice. He was the caretaker of Terrace Lawn and Forest Lawn Cemeteries which he assisted in opening up. He will never be forgotten by those that knew him.  A family committal service will be held in the spring.
