Obituary of Fernand Roger Lapensee

Passed away at the Mattawa Hospital on Saturday, November 16, 2019, he was in his 93^rd year.  Beloved husband of Mae Lapensee (nee Groulx) of Mattawa.  Cherished father of Madeleine, Jean and predeceased by his son Gilles.  Proud grandfather of Heather (Brent), Diana (Mark), Justin, Karyne (Brian), Danya and great-grandchildren Rhian, Avah, Audrey, Jaylyn and Adriah.  Fern is predeceased by his siblings Laurette and Andre. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Anne’s Church on Monday, November 25, 2019 at 11:00 a.m.  Cremation will take place at Forest Lawn Crematorium.  If desired, donations to the Northern Cancer Research or choice would be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy. The family would like to thank all of their family and friends for all of their support during this difficult time.
