Obituary of Bradley Michael Mainville
It is with great sadness and deepest sorrow that we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of Brad, age 31 our beloved son, brother, family member and friend. Despite his gift of bringing love to people, deep inside he was suffering in the darkness, privately battling a deep inexplicable pain. He succumbed to the silent illness of depression and took his own life on Saturday November 9, 2019. Those who knew Brad, even just a little, lost a shinning light in their lives. A life and future of so much promise, forever lost. He will continue to stay with us all through memories. He left the pain, but he also left us all and we will never be the same again. Now he is no longer in pain, yet we will continue to hurt. Brad will be missed everyday by his parents, Tim and Laurie, brother Matty (Kyla and Ava), his loving girlfriend Ashley Armitage, his aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and co-workers at Metso. We know Brad is now with his Nanny and Poppy, Gramma, uncle Fibs and his best buddy and companion, Irie. He will always be loved and treasured by those he left behind to come to terms with this devastating loss. Brad had so much goodness, so much capacity to bring happiness to others and such a bright future. Our world is a lesser place without him. We love you Brad and can picture you as such a beautiful, handsome angel; your smile, your blue eyes, your blonde hair and your laugh. Nothing can separate love and we wish that this love could have been enough to keep you here. We will always be connected, as we cling to happy memories and the joy that you brought to our lives. A visitation for Brad will be held at Trinity United Church this Saturday, November 16th, from 11 am to 1 pm. A celebration of his life will be held at 1 pm followed by a luncheon in the church hall. Brad will be cremated and his ashes buried with his grandparents at Forest Lawn Cemetery. If desired donations to the North Bay Regional Health Centre – Mental Health would be appreciated by his family. XOXO
