Suddenly at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Thursday November 7, 2019 at 81 years of age. Dear wife of Harold. Loving mother of Cathy Dugard (husband Bruce Pellowe) of Oakville and Bill Dugard of Vancouver. Sadly missed by her brothers Bob (Marilyn, predeceased) and Jake (Kathy) and by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Bethel Gospel Chapel, 781 Tackaberry Drive, on Tuesday November 12 from 10 – 11 am. The funeral service will be held at 11 am followed by a luncheon. Interment will take place at Forest Lawn Cemetery. If desired, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Alzheimers Society would be appreciated by Joyce’s family.
