Forrest, Alvin Barr

Passed away peacefully with his family by his side at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Sunday, June 2, 2019, he was in his 91st year.  Beloved husband Ann Forrest (nee McGee) of North Bay.  Cherished father of Debbie Forrest (Richard Dull) of North Bay and Daryl Forrest of Mississauga.  Proud grandfather of Brady and Tyler.  Alvin will be sadly missed by his extended family Joan Crowther of Ottawa, Katherine MacKenzie of Victoria, B.C. and predeceased by his brothers John and Glenn and brother in law Peter and sister in law Mary and Pat. Respecting Alvin's wishes cremation has taken place at Forest Lawn Crematorium.  A Celebration of his Life will take place at a later date.  If desired, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
