To the Tindall Family: Arnold was my first principal in Ancaster Township where his patience and kindly 'on the job' professional training were both needed and truly appreciated. Attending class at Mac with Beryl was also a pleasant experience complementing staff bowling parties. Following marriage and a move to Kapuskasing, our relationship with Arnold and Beryl continued with Arnold serving as a provincial inspector in Timmins. As a true northerner, Arnold and the other inspectors entered a rink in the annual men teachers' bonspiel. With Arnold's appointment as Director of Education with the Temiskaming Board of Education I stayed in touch as superintendent, first in Kap and then in Muskoka. A couple of years ago, I was able to contact Arnold by email when I learned that Beryl was ailing. This very belated expression of sympathy is extended with the knowledge that the loss of both Arnold and Beryl will require strength that meaningful memories of them will sustain. Respectfully,
Wayne Weaver

Saddened to hear of Arnold's passing. Arnold was very active at the Powassan Library and quite instrumental in helping to get computers into the Library. Always forward thinking and a gentleman. My condolences to his family.
