ELLIOTT (nee Caley): Shirley Windsor

Passed away quietly at the Nipissing Manor Nursing Home on Tuesday, October 30th, 2018. Shirley was the beloved wife of the late `Dinty` J.C. Johnston Clayton Elliott, she was 95 years old. Loving mother of Barry and his wife Sandra of Temagami and Lynne Williams and her husband Tim of Chatham. She was predeceased by her daughter Karen. Shirley will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Christopher (Karen), Michael (Beth), Jason, Kerri, Cory (Joe), Sue-Lane, Bobbi-Jo (Phil) and by great grandchildren Mischa, Cassidy, Sarah, Ryan (Rachel), Matthew, Natalie, Kaitlyn, Jillian, Eva and Reinier. Dear sister of Wilma McCauley of North Bay. She worked for many years as a Clerk with an Insurance Company in Temagami. Shirley and Dinty lived in Temagami for 26 years before moving back to North Bay in 1972. She was an active member of the First Baptist Church, the Order of the Eastern Star and the Canadian Club.  Visitation will be held in the Martyn Funeral Home on Friday November 2nd from 10 am until time for a Funeral Service at 11:00 am in the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow later at the Terrace Lawn Cemetery. If desired, donations to the Alzheimer`s Society would be appreciated by her family.
