WHITE: Reginald James “Reg”

Surrounded by his loving family, Reg passed away peacefully at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Monday, September 3rd, 2018. Reg was 86 years old, the beloved husband for 64 wonderful years to the love of his life, Ann Rolande (nee Aubut). Reg was the loving father of James White, Tracy Menard and her husband Roger both of North Bay, Cindy Kreuch and her husband Mark of Bowmanville. He will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Alexandra (nee Menard) (husband Marcus Barber) and Taylor. Dearly loved brother of Bill, Edith McCarthy (Bob) and twin brother of Cliff (Kathy). Reg was predeceased by his parents Percy and Violet White and his siblings Jack, Tom, Murray, Joyce Greenwood, Beth Howe. He worked for many years as a Purchasing Agent for the Psychiatric Hospital, Ministry of Health retiring in 1993. Reg was always an active man, he started playing hockey as a child and stopped after playing Old-timer Hockey for many years. He was an avid Toronto Maple Leafs fan. He also enjoyed bowling and many hours of golf. Visitation will be held in the Martyn Funeral Home on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9:00 PM. A Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, September 8^th, at 1:00 P.M. Cremation with interment of ashes in the family plot at the Forest Lawn Cemetery. If desired, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society will be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
