Obituary of Elizabeth C. Cotie

Elizabeth C (Betty) Cotie (née Froggett), age 75, died on 28 June 2018 at North Bay Regional Health Care Centre. Betty was born in Ingersoll, growing up in Port Stanley until she moved to North Bay Ontario in her 20’s, where she remained until her death. Betty is survived by her children: Christina Cotie-Hartsock (Andy Hartsock); David, and Grant (Sandra) Cotie and grandchildren Colin and Evan (David) and Ryan and Ashley (Grant). She will be fondly remembered by her ‘other’ daughter Natalie Currie, Natalie’s husband Steve Weinberg, and her best friend of 21 years, Linda Norman. Betty was preceded in death by her parents Ted and Madge Froggett, and her beloved husband Murray Cotie.  
At Betty’s request, no services will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the North Bay Regional Health Care Centre (nbrhc.on.ca) or the Canadian Cancer Society (cancer.ca) in her name.
