Allan passed peacefully Sunday to his eternal home at Nipissing Serenity Hospice. Our family was blessed and thankful for Allan he showed courage and determination over the years. Dear son of the late Robert and Myrtle (Hamilton) Acland. Brother of Keith (Janice) of Sarnia, Gerald (Susan) (late Francina) of Haileybury, Marilyn Noll (late Larry) and Thelma (Vern) Presse both of North Bay. Proud uncle of many nephews and nieces. Allan’s family would like to thank the staff at the Nipissing Manor for being just like family to him, Allan was a people person he had a friendly smile and kind words for everyone he met. He spoke fondly of the staff knowing them by name and how kind and good they were to him during Covid they went over and above to care for Allan. Many thanks to Nipissing Serenity Hospice for their compassionate care, ParaMed Workers, Dr. Pace, Dr. Lewis, Dr. Niebregall, Dr. Woodword and Dr. Ng over the past year.
