Obituary of Laurier Lionel Raymond

Passed away peacefully in his sleep at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Friday, December 26th, 2014. Laurier was the beloved husband of Elaine, at the age of 82. Dear father of Claude (wife Bridget), Suzanne Holliday (husband Gerry), Paulette St-Onge (husband Yvan), and Robert. Proud grandfather of Chantal, Michel, Rachelle, Christine, Céline, and Carissa; great-grandfather of Addison. He is survived by his siblings Henri (wife Suzanne), Maurice (wife Lise), Yolaine Raymond, Astrid Raymond, and Rejane Raymond. Predeceased by his brothers Regent, Bertrand, Normand, and Herville. Family & friends may call at MARTYN FUNERAL HOME on Tuesday, December 30th from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St- Vincent-de-Paul Catholic Church on Wednesday, December 31st at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Therese’s Cemetery, Eau Claire. A donation to the Northern Cancer Research Foundation or St. Therese’s Cemetery would be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
