Obituary of Mary Eleanor Norma Wilson

WILSON (nee Chevrier) Eleanor Passed peacefully with members of her family by her side at the Algonquin Nursing Home on Sunday, November 27th, 2017. Mary Eleanor Norma (nee Chevrier) was the beloved wife of the late Clayton Arnold Wilson; she was 87 years old. Loving mother of Dan Wilson (Diane), Jack Wilson (Vicky) and Debbie Wilkins. She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Cindy, Curtis, Scott, Taylor, Landon and her great grandson Dylan. Dearly loved sister of Ruth and Sister Jack. Predeceased by her parents Moise and Evelyne Chevrier and by her siblings Noella, Don and Kenny. Clayton and Eleanor established Wilson's Builder's Supplies in Mattawa in 1977 and they retired in 1988 to devote more time to family. Her children and grandchildren were her pride and joy. Her family would like to thank the staff at the Algonquin Nursing Home and Dr. Wilkins for the care and compassion they provided her. A private family service will be held to celebrate Eleanor's life. If desired, donations to the Alzheimer Society of Canada would be greatly appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
