Obituary of Harold Arden Madigan

Life-long time North Bay resident Harold Madigan died peacefully at North Bay Regional Health Centre on Wednesday, June 6, 2012, he was in his 79th year. For 51 years he had been the devoted, loving husband and best friend of Myrna whom predeceased him in 2010. The proud and loving father of Lori Deschesne (Mike) and Tom (Sheri) all of North Bay, he will also be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Amanda (Mike Desjardins), Alison, Michael, and Amy (fiance Preston Jackson). Great grandsons Brayden and Cole. The son of the late Edward & Catherine Madigan (nee Irwin) Harold was born in North Bay on February 1, 1934. His career as an Auditor with the Ontario Northland Railway spanned 35 years. He enjoyed spending time at the Hunt Camp, he was an avid hunter and fisherman. He will greatly missed by dear family and friends. In keeping with his wishes cremation has taken place. No visitation or service will be held. His ashes will be interred in Terrace Lawn Cemetery.
