Ashford, Shirely Lois

Shirley passed away at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, in her 67th year.

Beloved wife of Leonard Ashford. Shirley will be lovingly remembered by her children John Symons, Fred Symons, Bill Symons, Mike Buck, Jennifer Symons, Sheena Smith, and Lennie Ashford, and fondly remembered by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Dear sister of Carrie James, Shelly Reed, Ross Reed, Scott Reed, and Leonard Reed (Maureen).

Shirley found great joy in working in her gardens and was known for her love of collecting owls. These simple pleasures brought her much happiness over the years.

As per her wishes, cremation has taken place. A donation to the charity of your choice would be gratefully appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
