Mirka, Robin Lloyd

After a brief illness, Rob passed away on Tuesday, March 24th 2026 at his home in Field, Ontario. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Annette McKeen. He leaves behind his son Ryan Fraser (wife Lindsay) and their two children Eli & Nora; his step-sons Steven & Bobby, and his sister Sharon Court (late David).

Following his retirement from Stelco in Hamilton, Rob and Annette made their home in Field, where they built a life together and operated Annette’s Kitchen, along with the local gas bar and Rob’s Bait & Tackle. Rob had a deep appreciation for the outdoors, especially fishing, and was happiest when he was busy - whether fixing four-wheelers or out enjoying a ride on his Harley-Davidson.
