Isdale, Graeme William

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Graeme William Isdale at Campbell House Hospice in Collingwood on Friday, March 13, 2026.

Graeme was the beloved husband of Ellen Martyn, in his 78th year. He will be deeply missed by his daughter, Heidi Cooksley (Matt) of England; and his step-children, Matthew Kourniotis (Leanne) and Victoria Kourniotis (Chris). He was a proud and loving grandfather to Trudi, James, Nicholas, and Oliver, and great-grandfather to Leo, Marlo, and Ernie.

Graeme will be fondly remembered by his in-laws, extended family, and many friends. Predeceased by his infant daughter, Trudi.

Graeme had a love for the outdoors and, in earlier years, enjoyed running marathons and cycling. In more recent times, he found quiet contentment in life on the little farm he shared with Ellen, especially tending to his vegetable garden and enjoying the home they made there together.

Cremation has taken place. An interment of his ashes will take place in the spring at Terrace Lawn Cemetery, North Bay.
