Lynne Diane Davison Obituary

Davison, Lynne (née Turner)

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lynne Davison, who died peacefully at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on February 2, 2026, following a brief illness.

Lynne was predeceased by her beloved partner, John Beacock, in her 79th year.

She was a loving and devoted mother to Dean Davison (Lisa) and Rick Davison (Teresa), and a proud  grandmother to Emily Davison.

Lynne will also be dearly missed by her sister Karen Janes, her brother Gord Windross, and her step-sister Elizabeth Edwards (late Ross). She will be lovingly remembered by her best friend, Colene Hutchinson.

Lynne truly loved life and knew how to enjoy it. She cherished her trips to Las Vegas with her brother, and her time spent in Palm Springs, California, but her heart was most at home at Jocko Point, where she found peace surrounded by nature and the comfort of her beloved cats.

In keeping with Lynne’s wishes, a celebration of her life will be held at a later date, with interment of ashes to take place in Breslau, Ontario, alongside John.

A donation to the Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully appreciated as expressions of sympathy. Online condolences may be shared at www.martynfh.com
