It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Don Menard, who left us peacefully on September 18, 2025, at the North Bay Regional Health Centre.

Don was born to Laurier and Eleanor Menard (Predeceased).

He is survived by his loving spouse, Joan, and their two children, Jason (Amy) and Stephen (Annika). His legacy lives on through his three adored grandchildren, Lukas, Lily, and Hazel, who brought him immense joy and pride.

Don is also survived by his brothers, Peter (Danielle) and Glenn, who shared many fond memories with him throughout their lives.

A true sports enthusiast, Don was a passionate fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Blue Jays. He had an unwavering love for 70's music, cherished old cars, and enjoyed countless afternoons sipping coffee with the "boys" at Tim Hortons. His genuine curiosity about others led him to "interview" people, as he loved to learn about their lives and stories.

A Celebration of Life will be held in honour of Don on Monday, September 22, 2025, at Martyn Funeral Home (464 Wyld St. North Bay) from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Family and friends are invited to join us in remembering a remarkable man who touched the hearts of many. He will be dearly missed.
