Brian Douglas Ritchie

Passed away peacefully at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at the age of 82.

Born in Toronto, Ontario, Brian was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He was the beloved husband of the late Sharon Ritchie.

Brian will be lovingly remembered by his daughters Cara Poudrier (JP), Tanya Plamondon (Shawn), and Meagan D’Sousa (Jonathan) and brother Donald Ritchie. He was a proud and cherished grandfather to Aydan, Tessa, Ellie, Rowyn, Landon, and Rhys. Brian deeply loved his girls and the beautiful families they created, finding great joy in their lives and accomplishments.

His kindness, and unwavering love will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Though he is no longer with us he will never be forgotten.

A Memorial Visitation for Brian will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2025 from 1:00pm-2:00pm at the Martyn Funeral Home (464 Wyld St) with a Service to follow in the chapel at 2:00pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Memory of Brian may be made to KidSport North Bay.
