Klem, Joy Coralee (née Miller)

Born on April 26,1938, in Timmins, Ontario, Joy passed away peacefully on June 1, 2025, at North Bay Regional Hospital, shortly after her beloved husband, Robert Klem.

Joy is survived her loving daughter Terrie Klem, son-in-law, Orville Keown, her sister Shirley Morin (late Dave), and loyal companion Charlie.  She is predeceased by her brother Vernon Miller (Kitty).

She dedicated her life to education, spending many fulfilling years as a teacher in Temagami and the Tri Town area. Her passion for teaching and her positive outlook on life touched the hearts of countless students, helping to shape their lives and futures.

An adventurous spirit, Joy loved to travel and was fortunate to visit many beautiful places around the world, creating cherished memories along the way.

Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate a donation to the North Bay Humane Society or a charity of your choice.
