Obituary of Marion Elsie Gauthier
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Marion Gauthier, at the Mattawa General Hospital on Monday, May 12, 2025 at the age of 88 surrounded by loved ones.
Predeceased by her husband Robert Gauthier. She is the loving mother of Betty Gauthier (Daniel), Brian Gauthier (Alice), Paul Gauthier (Margaret) and Michael Gauthier (Irene). She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Marion had a heart of gold and would not hesitate to give whatever she had to help someone, leading with empathy and a thoughtfulness that made the world a better place.
As per her wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be no service. A private burial with family will be held at a later date.
We would like to thank the staff at the Mattawa General Hospital for their compassion, dedication and outstanding care in Marion’s final days.
