June 14, 1967 - Aoril 22nd, 2025

Brian Schell, a resident of North Bay, died in Nipissing Serenity Hospice surrounded by his family on April 22nd, 2025, at the age of 57 years.

He was born in Toronto, son of the late Robert Bruce Schell. His mother Carol Anne Stickney (Hansen). Dearly loved husband of Lisa (Cranston) of 14 years. Loving Father of Joshua, Bethany, Emma, Kaitlyn, and B.J. Brian has two brothers Blair and Peter.

First and foremost, Brian had loved Jesus Christ with his whole life. Brian loved all of his children and his family so much. Brian fought through a battle with sickness right to his very last breath. 

Brian loved life, laughter, and love. He was known to always put a smile on someone's face no matter what he was going through or where he was. 

Brian will be missed by everyone who has had the chance to meet him. Brian loved hunting and fishing so much, but most of all he loved fishing for souls to build God's kingdom

Brian Schell's Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday June 14th, 2025, at 11am, House of all Nations in North Bay,  Ontario.

Everyone is welcome to attend and celebrate the life of Brian.

God saw you getting tired

When a cure was not to be.
So he closed his arms around you

And whispered "Come to Me"

In tears we saw you sinking,

We watched you fade away.
Our Hearts were truly broken,

You fought so hard to stay.
But when we saw you sleeping,

Peacefully and free from pain,

We could not wish you back,

To suffer that again.

So keep your arms around him, Lord,

And give him special care,

Make up for all he suffered,

That seemed to us unfair,

So many times we've needed you,

So many times we've cried.
If love could have saved you,

You never would have died.
