With profound sorrow and heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Louise Therese Gauthier (nee Charron) who left us surrounded by her family on April 15th 2025, at the age of 62.  Louise was born on November 27 1962 to Louis and Theresa Charron (deceased).  Beloved wife and best friend of Rene Gauthier for 42 years.  Cherished mother of two daughters and a son, Katrina (Caroline), Jocelyn and Johnathan (Tanya). Loving “Meme” to Brayden, Arianna, Ava, Ashton, Hailey, Owen, Idella, James, JJ, Abby and many more. Loving sister to Daniel, Joe and Giselle. Louise will be greatly missed by her extended family and many friends. 

In early December Louise was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer, but that didn’t stop her “stubborn mule” attitude. She spent the remaining 4 months living the best life she could.  Prior to falling ill mom enjoyed doing diamond paintings.

Growing up it wasn’t unusual to find mom in the kitchen baking bread and cookies and making pickled beets. Many friends and family would always ask for a loaf of bread when they were done baking because they were so delicious. She also spent time with her friends Barb, Dee Dee and Gloria playing cards and going to bingo.

Louise has been cremated, and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
