Laurie,Kathy and Loreene, I was deeply saddened to hear of your Mom and sisters passing. Jean was one of the nicest people I have ever met. The many years I sang with her in the choir at Trinity, the making of thousands of turtles and pies in the church basement and sharing so many laughs together will never be forgotten. Her time at East Side Mario's was also great seeing her every week during my sales calls to the restaurant. As tough as she could be, her heart was always in the right place always thinking of others. Every time I came home to visit Mom, I was always greeted with a big hug and a huge smile from Jean when I walked into the choir room at Trinity. We have lost another Angel! Keeping all of you in my thoughts and prayers during this trying time! God Bless

I am so sad to hear the passing of Jean! Many years ago Jean was the person who helped me thru many years, as a teenager starting out at Harvey’s! To becoming a manager at Harvey’s, looking after me on my own, ensuring I learned how to manage in the Customer service industry! Jean was like my second mother! She was always there, and followed me as I ventured away from North Bay. She was at my wedding , and always sent Xmas cards to wherever I was! To her daughters, know that she was a wonderful lady, and I , to this day, appreciate all the learnings she gave me! She will be missed, and may she rest in peace!
