It is with immense sadness we announce the passing of Jodie Lynda Lemaire, 45, on November 12, 2024, following a long hard fought battle with diabetes.

She will be forever remembered for her strength and perseverance by her daughter Mckenna Carney(father JR Carney), dad Don Lemaire (Agathe Belanger-Lemaire), her late mom Lynda Camsell, sisters Stephanie Lemaire (Richard Lessard) and Laurie Michaud (Claude and Ethan).

Jodie leaves behind a legacy of resilience that inspired all who knew her. Her ability to overcome obstacles taught us that life’s challenges could be met with strength and hope. While we mourn her passing, we also celebrate the remarkable life she led and the countless lives she touched.

Though she is no longer with us, Jodie will forever remain in our hearts as a symbol of love, tenacity, and the unbreakable bonds of friends & family.

A celebration of life will be held on December 21 from 2:00-4:00 at The Moon in Mattawa.
