Our hearts are filled with sadness as we share with you the passing of Jean-Pierre David Courtemanche (JP) April 7, 1969 - August 16, 2024.

JP had a love for the outdoors, hunting, fishing, boating and camping, and spent most of his free time enjoying these things with family and friends. Family always came first. If you asked JP what he was most proud of in this world, he would tell you it was his daughters Hailey and Summer. JP was always down for a road trip and always said yes to heading to a rock concert.

He took his job as QA Manager at Ontario Northland very seriously and was well respected.

Mourning his loss are his wife Vicki, daughters Hailey and Summer, parents Ernest and Robin, brothers Marc (Nikki) and Charles (Charlotte). He will be missed by many Aunts and Uncles, nieces and nephews, family and friends, and his best friends Scotty and Ziggy.

Please join us for visitation at Martyn Funeral Home, 464 Wyld St. North Bay on Thursday August 22 from 2-4 or 6-8. Funeral services will follow at Pro-Cathedral on Friday August 23 at 10am. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Nipissing Serenity Hospice or the NBRHC Foundation.
