Merlene passed away peacefully at the Algonquin Nursing Home on Tuesday, October 3rd, 2023 at the age of 89.

Merlene was the beloved wife of the late William Harold ‘Bill’ Bradford for 65 years and loving mother of Trent (Lisa), Scott (Charlene) and Trisha (Noel). She will be dearly missed by her five grandchildren, Shyla (Mikey), Tarah (Franz), Victoria (Richard), Braden, Lyndsey, and one great grandson William (predeceased). She was the dear sister of Marvin and Susan and predeceased by Ken and Sandra.

She was Bagera for the 14th North Bay Cub Pack for many years. Merlene also loved camping with her family, baking and sewing.

A visitation for Merlene will be held on Friday, October 6th, from 12noon - 2:00pm at the Martyn Funeral Home (464 Wyld St. North Bay). A funeral service will follow in the Martyn Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00pm.

Donations in memory of Merlene may be made to the Algonquin Nursing Home in Mattawa.
