Obituary of Marjorie Gladys Fennell

Marjorie Gladys Fennell (née Trasher)

Passed away peacefully at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Thursday, April 14th, 2022. Marjorie was the beloved wife of the late Harold Fennell, she was 97 years old. Loving mother of Jim (Cheryl) of Yellowknife, Tom of Toronto, Nancy Francis (Wes Lake) of Peterborough, Bill (Leesee Papatsie) of Naujaat, Ron (Debbie Patrois) of North Bay, and Bruce of Edmonton. She will be missed by her grandchildren Zane, Cody, Marjorie, Charles, Nya, Aqqula, Nuka, Jennifer, Peter, Laura, Holly, Jody, Michael, and Tom, as well as her many great-grandchildren. Marjorie was predeceased by her grandson Bill. Marjorie graduated from of the Mack Training School for Nurses in St Catherines in 1946. She had numerous interests over the past many years, she loved genealogy, curling, lapidary, needlepoint and was an avid reader, she also loved her time at the family cottage once owned on Little Tomico Lake. A private family celebration was held at the Martyn Funeral Home and Marjorie is now resting at the Forest Lawn Cemetery.
